Ingredients

    * 1 cup strawberry nectar or apple juice
    * 1 cup milk
    * 1 frozen banana
    * 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
    * 1 cup strawberry yogurt

Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at MIX setting for 30 seconds then blend at SMOOTH setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the stir stick around counter-clockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately. Each recipe serves 3-5.

Orange Julius

Ingredients:

    * 1 cup orange juice
    * 1 cup water
    * 2 egg whites
    * 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    * 1/4 cup sugar
    * 1 heaping cup ice

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 15-30 seconds.

    * 6 oz. SnackWell’s Chocolate Cherry Non-Fat Yogurt
    * 1/4 cup skim milk
    * 1 banana
    * 3 large ice cubes

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend well, adding more ice or milk if necessary, until smoothie
consistency is reached!

Wheat Germ Smoothie

Ingredients

    * 1 ripe medium banana
    * 1 cup vanilla low-fat or nonfat yogurt
    * 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
    * 1/4 cup wheat germ
    * 1 cup cracked ice
    * 1 cup sliced fresh peaches or banana slices

Preparation:

   1. Cut banana into chunks.
   2. Put banana and yogurt in a blender with peaches, orange juice and wheat germ.
   3. Add cracked ice.
   4. Blend until smooth.
   5. Serve immediately in tall glass.
   6. Garnish with peach or banana slices and sprinkle 2 tsp. wheat germ on top.

Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

    * 1 Banana
    * 1 1/2 cup Dannon
      Vanilla Yogurt (substitute with fat free)
    * 3/4 cup frozen peaches
    * 8 oz. whole frozen strawberries
    * 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate

Preparation
Place all ingredients in blender, add ice to fill blender and blend.
